Starting therapy should feel simple and clear. Here you’ll find insurance, availability, payment, and cancellation information to help you take the next step with confidence.

  • Electronic payment methods only are accepted, including credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards. All payments are processed securely through a HIPAA-compliant system.

  • Appointments are currently offered during the following times:

    Monday
    11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    Tuesday
    4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

    All sessions are provided through secure telehealth, allowing you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 business hours’ notice.

    Appointments canceled without adequate notice may:

    • Be rescheduled within the same week based on provider availability, or

    • Be charged a $100 late cancellation fee to the designated credit card on file
